The Beirut Marathon Association organized the “Damascus to Beirut…Run!” distance of 111 Km, including 17 water and fruit stations along the track, 2 days race Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 of March, 2010 (with KFC restaurants sponsorship).
The 111 km race star Saturday 27 March at 7:00 pm from Omaya Hotel in the Syrian Capital, Damascus, to the Martyrs Square (in downtown Beirut), where is the Finish point located for the participants.
Omar Abdellatif (Lebanese Army) and Zuheir Naji were the first finishers at 10:30 am
